Welding Sequence Optimizer
Welding Sequence Optimizer (WSO) is a pioneering digital toolset based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms that will help you minimize the inherent welding deformations.
It works in two ways:

As standalone solution without the need of running FEA welding simulation ( Included in all versions).

Acting as a plugin for commercial FEA welding simulation software. (CAE Version)
What is a Best Welding Sequence?
As general definition, the best welding sequence is a proper order of placement and welding direction for each bead that minimizes an objective function such as deformations, residual stress, cycle time, robot collisions, etc.
